MX-4 is my favorite so far (can't complain about OCZ freeze either). Have repasted, CPU,GPUs and replaced the pads from the memories with this paste, great temps so far...

@Jimbo you should add the new paste you posted about here from Artic. It seems like it compares with some of the other brands and we can use it like its a thermal pad.

very interesting indeed Jimbo, will have to cross reference those values reported on their website with the rest of the thermal pastes out there to see if they worth the hassle

I tried numerous thermal compounds over the years and ICD7 is definitely the best out there. When applied as instructed (pea size blob in the centre of the die) it works best. do not spread it over the cpu/gpu as that can create air pockets. Cure time is also minimal.
