Khenglish
The 970m not being reported by the BIOS is normal. It will work anyway. As the for SSD issue, I do not know.
djawho
thanks khenglish, but it's possible to put all drivers and don't change the inf ? If i flash vbios prema , the card appear in the bios ?
Khenglish
I'm not quite sure what you are asking. It is not possible to get the card name to appear in BIOS, and it will always need a modified .inf.
djawho
OOooo the bios prema no update this ? I have understand with this bios , the problem of inf it is solved, it's not that ?
AziraphaleUK
Never lost a SSD after flashing Prema's mods. Got 2 SSD's in P370EM and 3 SSD's in P570WM, not had the MBR issue either.
djawho
no ,when you buy a clevo you choose what you want
MrTwisT
Never had an issue with the SSDs going out. Sounds like a corruption/hardware issue. Try plugging your SSD into another machine and see if it appears there. Could be that the failure is just a coincidence and has nothing to do with the fact you flashed your BIOS. djawho
I do not think whether it is bios itself. But i don't understand why . Just before i have put windows 10 in dualboot , It is possible It is possible that concealed is to create an instability
MrTwisT
There's your answer - you most likely ruined your MBR attempting to set up dual boot. Nothing to do with the BIOS
djawho
yes certainly, but it's not just the mbr broken , it's totaly disparition of ssd after the flash . It's not appear in bios or in usb .
Guest
Was Windows installed in UEFI mode?Every BIOS of that gen defaults to Legacy mode, so (independently from using a Mod or stock BIOS) we have to set the BIOS back to UEFI after a flash or Windows can't load...
